- description -
Based upon my experiences while I travelled around the United States in 1992, a young man ventures out on his rite of passage by jumping on a coal train at a nearby switchyard and then hitchhiking around the country for a year. Through his travels, he writes letters to his childhood friend, Zoë, to describe his adventures, contemplate his position in life while struggling to express his feelings for her.
I also adapted this book into a solo musical and made my Off-Broadway debut in 2015 to perform the show at the United Solo Theatre Festival in Manhattan.
